Toyota has added a new diesel model to its Verso line-up.
The 2.2 D-CAT 150 diesel unit, which also features in the Avensis, will be mated to a six-speed auto’ ‘box and it produces 148bhp at 3600rpm and 251lb ft of torque from 2000rpm.

It can reach 0-62mph in 10.1 secs, while CO2 emissions are 178g/km and combined fuel economy is a claimed 41.5mpg.
It will be available with TR and T Spirit trim options and both models get new 17-inch alloy wheels as standard.
Prices for the TR start at £20,835 and £22,265 for the T Spirit. Both models are on sale now.
