There’s no doubt that the Ford Mustang stands out as something truly distinctive, even when compared to the rest of the iconic cars that make up the Ford Performance range.
With its front-engine rear-wheel-drive layout, its timeless muscle car looks, and the astonishing V8 engine that is available on the Mustang GT, there’s plenty to love. Which is why we wanted to take a look back and celebrate the time we’ve spent with the Mustang over the past few months.
From ‘Line Lock’ at Anglesey circuit with a pair of Pistonheaders*, to taking on the Ford Focus RS in a track-based head-to-head, these are our most memorable moments of a unique car. Maybe it’s time for you to sample the Mustang yourself.

Missed opportunity....!?
This isn’t a Mustang, this is a Ford, a Car trading on the heritage of the Mustang, it’s has too many creature comforts that we must have, it’s not particularly well made inside either as I have read in a few articles, but, this seems to be a trait in all America Cars, and, why no lightweight stripped out Mustang, come on Ford!.....give us a Mustang!!!!!
