Ford's ten year old's Mondeo (right) is marking its birthday with a new special edition adding a sports styling kit and suspension, 17in alloy wheels, alcantara and leather seats and a 6 CD multichanger - the Titanium X.

Designed to turn heads in the showroom, the new specification adds a raft of equipment at a reduced price. The full list of additions also includes privacy glass, a Thatcham alarm, electic mirrors, rain-sensing wipers and electronic climate control.

Offered in four-door, five-door and estate (right) body styles, and with a choice of 153bhp 2.2-litre TDCi diesel or 197bhp 3.0-litre V6 petrol power, the limited run starts at £22,055, and ranges to £23,080.
